To ensure the best level of performance and security, we recommend you always use the latest versions of your operating system, browser and Board Intelligence apps. We support OS versions that are still in active support from their manufacturers. Users on earlier versions will retain access to the app but will no longer receive updates or new features.
Web Browsers
We support the two latest versions of all major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). If you are currently using an unsupported browser version you will need to update to ensure compatibility with our web applications.
Supported Apple Operating Systems
These are the minimum requirements for running the Board Intelligence App on an Apple device:
- iOS and iPadOS 16.7
- macOS 13.7
Supported Windows Operating Systems
These are the minimum requirements for running the Board Intelligence App on a Windows device:
- Windows 10.0.19044 (21H2)
